Men are being invited to “reset days” at the mansion to improve their mental health.
Highlights of the event, which will be held at Delapre Abbey in Northampton, will include ice baths and breathing exercises sessions.
Organisers hope that men will feel comfortable talking openly about their mental health in a supportive environment.
Delapre board member Dr. David Smart said the July 6 event was aimed at “creating a safe space for men to support each other.”
Data shows that men are less likely to receive psychological treatment than women, but are three times more likely to commit suicide.
Dr David Smart, chair of the Action for Happiness Northampton Hub, said: “Men’s mental health is often overlooked because of social pressures and stigma.”
“The event aims to create a safe space for men to talk, share and support each other.”

The event will take place in the walled gardens of Delpré Abbey, once the pride of the Bouverie and Tait families who lived in Delpré.
Two veterans, Pete Spink and Matthew Bushell, join Dr. Smart to talk about their mental health challenges that required medical and psychological treatment.

Delapre Abbey wanted to establish a wellbeing hub in the stables on site to provide ongoing support and resources.
Dr Smart is raising funds for the Hub and Action for Happiness by taking part in a 1,460 mile (2,350 km) bike challenge – 1,460 was chosen because that is the year the Battle of Northampton took place.
