What’s in a Ginger Shot?
“A ginger shot is a small, concentrated drink made from fresh ginger root.” Romane Guerrot, RDN “It has recently become increasingly popular due to its purported health benefits, including aiding digestion, reducing inflammation and boosting the immune system.”
Gero said other health-promoting ingredients such as water, lemon juice, honey, turmeric and black pepper are sometimes used along with ginger.
