Russia – For You Counseling and Hypnotherapy recently opened in Russia, where counselors offer both in-person and remote wellness consultations for everyone from individuals to couples and families.
For You Counseling and Hypnotherapy aims to provide a boutique practice where counselors are available to clients at any time. Counsellors work directly with each client and can respond quickly, usually within 24 hours from when a client first contacts them to when an appointment is scheduled.
“We’re a very down-to-earth, hands-on clinic, and our clients appreciate that,” said Nicole Keller, one of the owners.
One way they provide accessibility is by being available not only during business hours, but also at night and on weekends. “We try to be available when our clients need us,” Keller said.
Both Keller and counselor Laurie Lewis are certified hypnotherapists. In hypnotherapy, a counselor uses hypnosis to put a client into a deep state of relaxation, making them more receptive to positive change. Hypnotherapy is often used to treat smoking cessation, weight loss, anxiety and depression.
For You Counseling and Hypnotherapy is also certified in EMDR, a specialized trauma treatment that uses specific protocols and light bars to reprocess the brain and help people overcome trauma. Counsellors work with many police officers and firefighters who have been traumatized on the job.
Additionally, Mr. Keller is a certified farm crisis counselor through a specialized program at Ohio State University. Recently, they were invited by Versailles FFA to do a community outreach program.
The third counsellor at the clinic is Bailey Curnutt. All three counsellors are qualified and certified. Their motto is “Be yourself. For yourself.”
