Danielle Panabaker is back in her workout gear and hitting the reformer. In a new social media post, the Flash star shows off her incredible body in a two-piece look during a Pilates class. “Returning to reformer Pilates has been super therapeutic for me. I’m still relearning my body since having kids and finding new ways to move it with intention and love!” she captioned the Instagram post. “Working for myself in this way has been game changing and I’m so proud of how my mind and body have gotten stronger through this process. If you need a little reminder to move your body the way you love today, remember this!” How does she approach diet, fitness, and self-care? Danielle understands the importance of stretching; she told Women’s Health that she uses a foam roller after her workouts. “Indoor cycling can make your lower body really stiff, so the foam roller helps,” she says. “Stretching keeps your muscles flexible, strong, and healthy, and you need flexibility to maintain your joint range of motion.” Harvard Health“Without it, muscles become shorter and stiffer. And when you move them, they’re weaker and can’t fully extend. This increases your risk of joint pain, sprains and muscle injuries.”

“Perspective: Nature is your therapy 🌱 Nothing is more refreshing than a hike in nature with friends,” Danielle captioned the post. “You’ll never regret taking time out of your busy day to go for a walk, stop and smell the flowers,” she added in the video.

Danielle recently started Pilates again, which she says is a great workout with many benefits.
