Whether you serve homemade chips or season your favorite store-bought chips with a sprinkling of barbecue spices or dried caper powder, elevating this simple snack makes entertaining easy. Potato chips also work as an easy topping for side dishes, salads, and casseroles. Here are our favorite potato chip recipes for a salty, crunchy snack.
