Madonna, owner and head instructor, has opened the new Connect + Flow Pilates studio at 25 Hill Street in Pomona.
“We are excited to expand our offerings by opening our new studio in Pomona and bringing the transformative power of Pilates to even more of our community,” said Madonna.
“Our classes cater to individuals of all fitness levels, and we look forward to welcoming both Pilates beginners and experienced Pilates enthusiasts to our new space.”
With a focus on promoting overall wellness and strengthening your core, Connect + Flow Pilates Studio aims to make fitness accessible and enjoyable for everyone.
Not only is Connect + Flow a Pilates studio, they also offer yoga classes in a spacious and airy mat room that can comfortably accommodate up to 20 people.
The room can also be rented out to local businesses and community groups to host events and workshops.
