Why not try and replicate the skincare routines of the stars without spending as much money?
The celebrity makeup artist shared her cost-saving routine that gives you red carpet-worthy results.
Good luck, Slugger.
YouTube star and makeup artist Wayne Goss knows that you don’t need expensive products to achieve great looking skin.
“Vaseline is one of the best products you can buy and can be used for a variety of techniques,” Goss told the US Sun.
“It’s a skincare slug to start with, but it can also be used as a beautiful lip gloss to brighten up your lips or as a highlighter on your cheekbones,” he added.
Slugging may leave your skin feeling a bit slimy, but it’s a widely used technique to reduce the appearance of wrinkles and lock in moisture.
Goss says the good news is that using cheaper products can help smooth skin.
Target sells Vaseline Healing Jelly Original for $2.79.
It’s affordable and is said to be great for repairing dry, cracked skin.
It does not clog pores so is particularly effective against sagging skin.

He also shared some anti-aging makeup tips to turn back time.
“Avoid metallic eyeshadows and opt for matte options,” he says.
“Matte finishes generally work best because they don’t show wrinkles or creases,” he continued.
You can also incorporate other products into your routine, but make sure you use them in the right way.
“Powder is easier to apply over cream because it’s easier to blend, especially with a good quality brush,” he said.
“Don’t blend eyeshadow with your fingers. A quality brush is made to blend well into sagging eyelids and fine lines.”
Color combinations can make a dramatic difference in anti-aging.
“In general, using too much concealer around the eyes can make your face look older, so it’s really important to choose a shade that matches your skin tone,” he said.
“A cream concealer is always recommended over a liquid, especially on the inner corner of the eye, as this is the only part of the eye that doesn’t crease,” he continued.

When it comes to keeping skin healthy, he has just one word to say: hydrate.
“As we age, our skin naturally dries out, so moisturizing ingredients become really important as we get older,” he said.
“The next time you buy makeup or skincare products, look for ingredients like hyaluronic acid and make sure the product will hydrate your skin.”
