This vinegared cucumber salad is the perfect summer dish. It’s the perfect addition to anything from summer potlucks to patio barbecues and picnics. It pairs perfectly with everything from salmon to grilled burgers.

This tangy chicken pasta salad is full of Mediterranean flavor and a family favorite with a mix of tender chicken, sun-dried tomatoes, artichokes, Parmesan cheese, fresh herbs, and a tangy vinaigrette.

Here’s a fun summer appetizer that’s sure to please almost everyone: Caprese Skewers. This easy recipe is as delicious as it is beautiful, with all the ingredients for a Caprese salad skewered on top. Nothing beats basil and tomatoes in the summer, and when combined with seasoned mozzarella and balsamic reduction, you’ll find yourself wanting more than one.

You need a creamy, irresistibly spicy party dip in your life. This is the perfect taco dip recipe. It’s ready in minutes and we’re confident that few people will turn it down. This recipe is even better than the standard ones. A colorful mix of our homemade seasoning blend, Greek yogurt, and fresh toppings create the ultimate taste. Best Flavor.

Homemade Strawberry Daiquiri is perfect for the 4th of July. No need to buy store-bought daiquiri mixes; a homemade strawberry daiquiri made with real frozen strawberries tastes so much better than store-bought mixes. You can even top it with blueberries and whipped cream for a red, white and blue flavor.

For something non-alcoholic, try the Strawberry Slushie.

This grilled shrimp kebab recipe is a new family favorite. It’s the custom seasoning blend that makes this juicy seafood taste irresistible. Thread the shrimp onto a skewer and serve with rice or couscous for a delicious summer dinner. Top it off with the creamy comeback sauce for extra flavor.

Introducing Blueberry Pie Bars: Enjoy all the flavors of blueberry pie in a convenient format. So easy and so satisfying. The same dough creates a thick bottom crust and a golden, buttery crumble inside, brightly flavored with fresh blueberries and lemon juice. Everyone will love this summer dessert – thick and chewy just the right amount.

Who doesn’t want more excuses to indulge in a classic Italian Caprese salad? This salad is a delightful combination of juicy cherry tomatoes and fresh peppery basil tossed with tender mozzarella and chewy farfalle pasta. Introducing a simple yet impressive summer dessert: strawberry sorbet.! It tastes like 100 strawberries in one bite. Sweet, pure and tart. The frosty texture is reminiscent of Italian strawberry gelato. Cool and creamy with just the right amount of bold flavor in every bite. Top with blueberries or blueberry syrup for a red, white and blue theme.

Frozen yogurt is perfect for Independence Day. My whole family loves this homemade frozen yogurt. It’s tart, creamy, and rich. It’s basically Greek yogurt ice cream, but you can also eat it on its own, as a fruit dessert topping, or with fun frozen yogurt toppings. Try adding strawberries or blueberries to play up your red, white, and blue theme.

This spinach dip is super easy to make. It’s meant to be served cold, making it perfect for dipping into pita chips or in a bread bowl. This recipe is a little healthier than others because it gets much of its creaminess from Greek yogurt, and it’s no-bake, so it only takes 10 minutes to make.

Here’s a fun pasta salad recipe that’s perfect for a 4th of July picnic or barbecue: Tortellini Salad. Tart artichokes, chewy, fluffy pasta, tangy tomatoes, and zesty basil combine to create a symphony of flavors.

Juicy cherry tomatoes contrast with cool cucumbers, salty olives, flavorful feta cheese, and a generous helping of parsley, dill, and Greek vinaigrette. So satisfying and perfect for any occasion, be it a Fourth of July BBQ, a pitch-in, or a barbecue.

Welcome to your new favorite grilled dinner: juicy grilled chicken thighs. We marinate our chicken thighs in a zesty mixture of Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, and spices, then put them on the grill and cook until juicy and smoky.

The topping is cakey and fluffy, just the right amount of sweet, and baked to a golden brown. This cake is a tradition in our family, and we’ve had it at countless barbecues, cookouts, and Fourth of July celebrations.

explanation

Fruit skewers are a fun and festive appetizer or snack. These healthy treats are easy to make and everyone will love them. A perfect recipe for Independence Day. Use fruits in all colors of the rainbow or just red and blue.

For fruit skewers

  • 16 strawberry
  • 16 Watermelon chunks (fresh or cut)
  • 16 Pineapple chunks (fresh or chopped)
  • 16 green grapes
  • ¾ cup blueberry

For fruit dip (optional)

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt (whole milk or full fat)
  • 2 tablespoons Pure maple syrup or honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon Vanilla extract

  1. Score the strawberries and remove the stems to create heart shapes (see photo). If desired, cut the pineapple and cut the watermelon into bite-sized pieces (buying pre-cut fruit makes preparation quicker). You can also use a cookie cutter to cut the watermelon into star shapes.
  2. Thread fruit onto 12-inch wooden skewers.
  3. Make the dip, if desired: Mix Greek yogurt, maple syrup or honey, and vanilla extract. Serve immediately or refrigerate up to 3 days before serving.
