Meditation and Mindfulness are classes that allow individuals to intuitively connect with the same energy in a comfortable and safe environment.
The purpose of this class is to foster a sense of community where people can come together to heal, grow, and support one another.
In this class, we will join a roundtable discussion of mindfulness practice, a guided meditation by meditation and mindfulness coach Bri Garner, exchange words of wisdom, and share moments of laughter. This is a space where true connection is nurtured and a spirit of empathy, understanding, and self-awareness reigns.
Together we will nurture the mind, body and soul, setting in motion waves of self-mastery and connection that will reach far beyond this class.
Please note: Please bring a yoga mat, bolster or comfortable seating. Floors are concrete.
About the instructor:
Bri Garner is a Certified Athletic Recovery Specialist, Certified Athletic Trainer, Meditation and Mindfulness Coach, and most importantly, a Lightworker. With a bachelor’s degree in Athletic Training, a bachelor’s degree in Sports Medicine, and a master’s degree in Exercise Physiology, she has been able to develop a holistic approach to health and wellness. After years of study, certifications, and working with a wide range of individuals and athletes, her holistic approach to health and wellness is focused on aligning the three main pillars of the human experience: Mind, Body, and Soul. Drawing on her clinical experience, therapeutic expertise, life experience, and intuitive gifts, she has helped individuals optimize their health and wellness through specialized techniques such as cupping, muscle manipulation, movement-based bodywork, meditation and mindfulness instruction, and personal training. In 2019, she launched her successful business, Breeze Alignment Therapy (formerly Breeze Sports Recovery Therapy LLC). Since then, she has traveled with her teachings, spreading her wisdom and knowledge to those who seek her help, building meaningful and fulfilling relationships along the way.
