Here are some Ayurvedic tips for naturally glowing and hydrated skin.

Balanced diet

According to Ayurveda, glowing skin starts with proper digestion and a balanced diet: Include fresh fruits, vegetables, whole grains, and healthy fats in your diet, while avoiding processed foods, excess caffeine, and alcohol.

Stay hydrated

Hydration is key to glowing skin, so make sure you drink plenty of water throughout the day to keep your skin hydrated and flush out toxins from your body. You can also incorporate herbal teas or warm water with lemon for added benefits.

Follow a skin care routine

Ayurveda emphasizes natural skin care using herbs and oils. Choose skin care products that contain natural ingredients such as aloe vera, neem, turmeric, and rose water. Use gentle cleansers and moisturizers that are appropriate for your skin type.

Practice Abhyanga (self-massage)

Regular self-massage with warm oils (such as sesame, coconut, or almond oil) can improve circulation, nourish the skin, and have a relaxing effect.

Get enough sleep

Quality sleep is essential for rejuvenating skin, so maintain a regular sleep schedule and develop relaxing bedtime habits that promote deep sleep.

Detoxify regularly
