- Remove all irritants from your diet. If you have psoriasis, you should absolutely avoid red meat, alcohol, seafood, eggs, fried foods, and spicy or harsh foods.
- Include onion and garlic in your diet. Neem, turmeric and gurgul can also help reduce inflammation and reduce psoriasis.
- A paste of jasmine flowers or olive oil used topically can help remove redness, inflammation, and dryness.

How does Ayurveda help with psoriasis?
