This shared tradition and recognition of the challenges of the modern world gave birth to the idea for BetterAlt. “We lead fast-paced lives and are plagued by modern issues, from stress, sleep, fatigue and weak immunity to hair, skin, gut and weight issues,” says Dhoot. “That’s why taking care of your body with the natural power of Ayurveda became our priority, and our mission to share this with others.”
Habit, not fad
BetterAlt’s core belief is that health is a lifelong journey, not a fad. “We are all capable, powerful and resilient. Our bodies are stories with a powerful message: health is not a one-time thing, it’s a habitual ritual,” says Shah. This philosophy is the foundation of BetterAlt’s mission to bring ancient Ayurvedic wisdom to bear on today’s busy lifestyles.

Just two years after its launch, BetterAlt has made significant inroads into the U.S. market, especially during events like Black Friday and Cyber Monday sales.
