There’s very little that doesn’t taste good when wrapped in pastry: there’s shortcrust, phyllo, choux, and, of course, a good puff pastry. While you can make puff pastry from scratch, it’s labor-intensive, so many people buy it pre-made.

Many of the recipes below use pre-made puff pastry, which is traditionally made with butter, so be sure to check if the butter is plant-based.
