- 1/2 cup Hemptiful hemp hearts
- 1/2 cup grated coconut
- 2-3 green chillies
- 1 piece of ginger
- 2 tablespoons hemp oil
- A pinch of salt
- Juice of 1 lemon
- Water as needed
Instructions:
- Toast the hemp hearts in a dry frying pan until lightly golden brown.
- Mix roasted hemp hearts, grated coconut, green chillies, ginger and salt with little water to make a smooth paste.
- Add the lemon juice and mix well.
