Park City’s Bene Esse Wellness Center, which means “health” in Latin, has introduced the Harmonic Egg to the mountain town.
According to the center’s founders, the egg is a therapeutic device that harmoniously blends ancient healing principles with cutting-edge technology, promising to empower, heal and balance those seeking a holistic approach to health.
Started by sister and brother-in-law nurses Kadi Gilbert and Jenny Bode, this wellness approach is customized for each client, and each session utilizes frequency medicine techniques to restore and maintain optimal body function.
“We are offering the first Harmonic Egg Therapy Chamber in Utah,” Gilbert says, “This chamber combines the most powerful frequencies or energy medicines into an immersive experience to promote healing, energetic balance and overall wellness. The capabilities of this chamber are truly amazing.”
The Harmonic Egg offers a combination of light, color, sound, musical codes and sacred geometry. Gilbert says each element in the Harmonic Egg has a specific frequency that works together to enhance the flow of energy and address imbalances.
The room uses light, color, sound, instruments and chords, and the client sits in a zero gravity recliner within the room.
“When a person walks into this room, they’re actually flooded with healing energy specific to that person,” Gilbert says, “It promotes cellular healing and DNA repair. It’s powerful. The principles of energy medicine are proven.”
The Harmonic Egg promotes healing and balance, and helps reset the autonomic nervous system, she says. The therapy is designed to help individuals reconnect with their inner selves and achieve a deeper state of relaxation and well-being. By addressing both physical and energetic imbalances, it stimulates overall health.
“It’s been an amazing journey. My sister and I have dreamed of owning a wellness center for over 25 years, but various life events put a stop to it,” says Cuddy. “Pursuing my dream at this stage in my life shows people that it’s never too late to pursue their dreams. I hope that by helping others regain their hope, health and happiness, they will feel empowered and healthy to pursue their own dreams.”
