A new yoga studio aims to bring a comprehensive wellness space to Suwanee.
Satya Hot Yoga & Wellness It will be located at 4320 Suwanee Dam Road. The studio will have two yoga rooms and offer both heated and unheated classes, as well as other holistic wellness services and amenities.
The smaller yoga room is used for senior classes, Yoga Sculpt classes, one-on-one sessions, etc. The larger studio can accommodate up to 50 people and is heated up to 105 degrees. In addition to traditional yoga classes, this studio also hosts Krunta yoga, a rope-wall style of yoga.

Along with the yoga room, there will also be a dry sauna, a cold tub and a massage therapy room. Hot and cold sessions will allow guests to alternate between the sauna and cold tub. There will also be labs on specific postures, such as headstands, to help visitors learn and further develop their practice.

“I was not only transforming my mind, but my body,” she says. “It gave me gratitude and peace and allowed me to have that time. It was more than just exercise.”
Three years later, they’re opening a studio together and the community is excited: Pre-sales, which offered premium perks like on-site mat storage, water bottles and two free months to the first 52 members, have sold out.
Sathya Hot Yoga and Wellness Studio is expected to open in early or mid-August.
“It’s not just a yoga space, it’s super inclusive,” Johns says. “Everyone in the yoga studio is super fit and busy and on the move. Anyone can come in at any time. It’s really a place for everyone.”
