Mumbai (Maharashtra) [India]June 22 (ANI): Recently, many celebrities have been seen incorporating Pilates into their workout routine. Actors Ananya Panday and Khushi Kapoor have also taken up Pilates.
On Saturday morning, renowned fitness trainer Namrata Purohit posted a fun video of Ananya and Khushi bonding over a Pilates session.
“I feel like the phrase ‘looks can be deceiving’ was made for Pilates. It looks like fun and play until you try it. Especially when done right, you feel an incredible burn, deep connection and your little muscles get fatigued and start shaking lol @khushi05k @ananyapanday you guys did so well, you really worked your muscles and worked them right! Of course I had to share this fun look with a little loss of control in my limbs but hey it’s part of getting healthy and we all feel the shakes sometimes,” she captioned the post.
Pilates is a total body core workout that not only stretches your core, but also improves your core strength and posture.
Recently, actor Janhvi Kapoor was praised by Namrata for understanding the importance of Pilates.
“It’s been almost six years since we started training together. I’ve watched you go through so many different roles and stages and it’s been such an amazing journey! I’m so proud of all you’ve achieved so far and we still have a long way to go together. I look forward to many more fun times, crazy training sessions and always striving to be the best, healthiest and fittest version of myself. Love you,” she wrote.
Reacting to the post, Janhvi wrote, “Nam, I love you. Thank you for keeping me healthy but more importantly, thank you for keeping me sane.”
Veteran actress Helen is also a big fan of Pilates, and a few days ago there were some photos of her doing Pilates under the guidance of an instructor.

Pilates is a combination of exercises inspired by gymnastics, yoga and ballet that helps improve flexibility, strength, mobility and stability.
