1 pound extra-thin ground beef
1/4 cup plain dry bread crumbs
1 box (10 ounces) cremini mushrooms, thinly sliced
1 medium onion, thinly sliced
4 toasted hamburger buns

1. Mix ground beef, ¼ cup Best Foods Garlic Aioli, and breadcrumbs in a large bowl. Form into 4 patties and set aside.
2. Heat the olive oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat and sauté the mushrooms and onion, stirring occasionally, until browned, about 5 minutes. Transfer to a bowl and stir in the remaining 2 tablespoons aioli. Set aside.
3. Grill, broil or fry the burgers until desired doneness. Place on toasted buns and top evenly with the creamy garlic mushroom and onion mix. Serve with additional garlic aioli on buns, if desired.
