About this event
Join us this season for complimentary health + wellness classes from ATL’s best instructors. From yoga to dance to HIIT, we’ve got activities to get you moving.
Space is limited for each class. If you can’t attend, please free up your ticket so others can enjoy. If pre-registration is sold out, we will offer limited on-site registration. Registration will be open weekly.

Brande Elise’s Matte Refresh & Restore
Monday, June 17th (7:15pm – 8:15pm)
A refreshing and restorative mat workout. If you tend to forget to stretch during your workout, this class is for you. Reconnect with your body and feel it again. Great for beginners and advanced practitioners alike. This flow is gentle and will also help you develop mobility and strength.

Parking is free (first come, first served) in the Mercedes-Benz lot located at the corner of Northside Dr. and Magnolia St. NW, across from Gate 1. Additional parking is available on an hourly basis at the Orange Deck.
RIDESHARE: Guests are encouraged to arrive at the Vine City MARTA station, cross Northside Drive using the crosswalk or pedestrian bridge and walk to Gate 1.
MARTA: The recommended arrival and departure station is Vine City Station, located across from Mercedes-Benz Stadium’s Gate 1. Use the crosswalk or footbridge at Northside Drive.
