A British woman has recounted the moment she realised it wasn’t her time to die after spending three days in heaven.
Julie Poole, from Cornwall, UK, describes herself as a “spiritual and personal empowerment coach” as well as a psychic medium, hypnotherapist and channeller.

Poole was drawn to religion and spirituality throughout his childhood and teenage years, but an experience at the age of 21 led him to become more involved in spiritual activities.
The psychic suffered from post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) after years of an abusive relationship and mental health issues that ultimately led her to attempt suicide.
In an interview with the podcast “Life After Life,” Poole said she suffered “physical, mental, sexual and emotional abuse” as a child.
Poole realised that “the only part of life that made sense” to him was his “spiritual connection” and decided to “come home” by attempting to end his own life.
After the suicide attempt, Poole said he was clinically “dead” for three days, during which time he was in an “intermediate state” before being transferred to a “higher realm”.
But Poole learned that his time on Earth wasn’t over yet.
She recalls: “Suddenly I saw guides and angels all around me, and they lifted me up and took me to higher realms. I remember saying, ‘I’m going home,’ and they said, ‘No, you’re not going home. It’s not your time yet.'”
Poole described being in the “angelic realm” where there was “a huge amount of spiritual energy” and “people and beings.” [and] Angels were working to heal her.
“I don’t remember how long I was there, but I remember having an argument with them,” Poole recalled.

Poole claimed the angels told her: “We warned you it would be too hard, too strenuous, and now you’re 21 and you’re about to be released. It’s not your time yet, and we have to heal you enough so you can come back.”
Although Poole was hesitant to continue living, angels reportedly assured her that she would “find great peace and be able to help a lot of people.”
They offered further insight into the future by claiming that humanity would experience a new “Golden Age,” a claim that led Poole to believe that humanity was approaching “Judgment Day.”
