If you’re a certified Pilates princess and A-list model who hits the Reformer as often as you do at Fashion Week, you might want more than moisture-wicking fabrics and a supportive fit in your workout kit. Case in point: Kaia Gerber’s latest gear: She might be too pretty to sweat.
After kicking off the summer with everything from the skirt-pants trend to Douen’s bohemian tops, Gerber is now the face of the French brand’s first-ever Pilates collection. Hitting stores later this year (October 2024, to be exact), Gerber’s Céline-inspired Pilates gear includes celeb-favorite matching sets, relaxed athleisure wear, and some of the most luxurious gym equipment you’ve ever seen.

From afar, Kaia Gerber’s latest campaign outfits don’t look all that different from her usual streetwear looks, but up close, it’s all Celine.

From afar, Kaia Gerber’s Céline Pilates look might seem like your average downtown-cool athleisure look, but up close, shots from a Malibu studio that are sure to turn even the most fitness skeptical into a Pilates believer reveal that Gerber’s gear is peppered with Céline homages (and premium materials).
The pieces she wears aren’t all the collection has to offer the 1% of the fitness world: Céline also designed luxury equipment, including reformers, kettlebells, and free weights emblazoned with the letter C. In this world, logos are the biggest motivators in the gym.

Gerber is also the face of Céline’s Pilates equipment, from dumbbells and yoga blocks to reformers printed with the brand’s C logo (naturally!).

Céline isn’t the first luxury brand to emblazon sporting goods with its logo or house codes. Louis Vuitton is now selling a monogrammed dumbbell set, while Dior is offering an extensive line that includes a workout set to pair with a book tote (which you can use as a gym bag or not), a training mat, and an ergonomic medicine ball. In 2021, Hermès opened pop-up gyms in locations ranging from Williamsburg, Brooklyn, to Sydney, Australia; each one features Hermès’ signature orange painted horse motif. (Equestrians are athletes, too.)

Gerber’s work will not be available to purchase until October 2024.

Céline was one of the first luxury brands to capitalize on its ambassadors’ love of Lycra, spandex, and reformer reps. Gerber has worn a variety of reps-and-photoshoot-friendly outfits to and from various gyms and while walking around the neighborhood, usually from top brands like Alo Yoga and Reformation. Fellow It-girls like Jennifer Lopez and Kendall Jenner have also made the high-end gym circuit in everything from New Balance to Nike (and occasionally toting minimalist designer totes).

Kaia Gerber loves casual athleisure fashion, and she’s often photographed strolling around her neighborhood in casual leggings, headphones, and a sports bra.

With just weeks to go until the 2024 Paris Olympics, further collaboration between fashion, fitness and sports is all but certain. Kaia Gerber’s Céline-inspired workout wardrobe isn’t about hitting gold medal-worthy goals, but rather about having a hot-girl summer in the most extravagant fashion possible.
