Brian Johnson’s very expensive anti-aging regimen appears to be working.
Johnson is an American entrepreneur and venture capitalist who has recently turned his attention to the field of anti-aging.
As of December 2023, Johnson’s net worth is said to be around $400 million, so spending $2 million a year of his fortune to reverse his biological age would be just a drop in the bucket for the 46-year-old.
So far, he claims that consistent efforts have prevented his hair from thinning or going grey.
Johnson also said he has the build and fitness level of an 18-year-old.
How did Johnson achieve this? very A strict routine that involves waking up at 5am, eating a vegan diet and exercising for up to an hour a day.
At one point, he was taking a staggering 111 different supplements a day.
Given Johnson’s rigorous training, one would expect him to get the results he was hoping for, and he recently achieved a new “personal best.”

“I just achieved a personal best of 0.64, which means that for every 12 months that pass, I will only age 7.6 months,” Johnson said in a new YouTube video shared to his channel on Wednesday (June 12).
With this in mind, he could be celebrating “technically” turning a year older every 19 months.
He went on to say that a large part of this success was down to a diet in which “every calorie has to fight for life.”
Johnson detailed his diet to his 994,000 subscribers, and it’s safe to say he eats a lot of veggies.
But one tip in particular that anyone can easily try at home is to incorporate more olive oil into your diet.
“I drink a tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil with every meal,” Johnson said.
But this isn’t just any oil you can buy at Walmart: It has to be high-grade premium extra virgin olive oil, the tech mogul explained.
Johnson often gives tidbits of advice to his followers, and earlier this year he shared some tips for maintaining beautiful teeth.
He detailed an eight-minute routine that starts with a Waterpik, then Johnson actually brushes his teeth with an electric toothbrush, and finally finishes off with a tongue cleaner.
To get through what’s a lengthy routine, Johnson uses a mouthwash containing xylitol and a teeth-grinding device to stop grinding his teeth.
Seems pretty clear to me!
