Dr Christopher Costa, founder of Platinum Plastic Surgery in Las Vegas, spoke to the U.S. Sun about the ultimate product that will turn back time.

“These are essentially off-brand, unregulated fillers administered by unqualified individuals,” he said.
“These are extremely dangerous and if the products enter the bloodstream they can cause infections, vascular problems and even blindness.”
This summer, you’ll want to pay special attention to your skin care.
That means avoiding contouring sunscreen.
“These are people applying sunscreen to areas they don’t want to tan, contouring and trying to achieve a sculpted look,” he said.
“This is in direct opposition to skin protection and anti-aging.”
Forget the flashiness
Dr Costa explained that not all skin care products are worth the price, and urged people to follow expert advice rather than the stars.
“There are a lot of expensive skin care product lines with flashy marketing and celebrity endorsements, but I think they often lack sufficient scientific evidence to justify the high price tag,” he said.
He advises against “eye-catching packaging” and “false promises.”
“Medical-grade skin care that’s backed by scientific studies and research generally delivers much higher quality results,” he said.
He makes a point of only spending his money on products that contain clinically proven ingredients.
