In the hectic world of beauty pageants and modelling, where glamour meets demanding schedules, Mr Supranational Asia 2019 Varun Varma shares the profound yet simple practice that has got him through the chaos – mindfulness meditation. With chiseled features and a charismatic presence, Varun is not only a perfect face but also a mental health guru.
