Actress Sharleen Dutt is an admitted big eater but doesn’t think it helps her stay in shape.
Sherleen, who will be making her Bollywood debut with “Koi Jaaye Toh Le Aaye”, said, “I’m a big foodie so I don’t go on restrictive diets. Instead, I believe in a balanced approach. I enjoy all my favourite foods but in moderation. I also make sure my meals are rich in protein, healthy fats, fibre and have plenty of vegetables and fruits.”
“Balancing my love of food with staying physically and mentally healthy is essential to my wellbeing. Pilates has been a great addition to my routine, allowing me to stay healthy while still enjoying the foods I love,” said Charlene, who has been a part of projects such as “KINK” and “Honey Trap Squad.”
For Charlene, mental health is equally important.
“Meditation is fundamental to overall wellbeing. To maintain my mental health, I meditate for at least 10 minutes once a day to keep my mind calm and centered,” she said.
To unwind, Charlene spends time with family and friends. “Cooking, eating my favorite foods and watching my favorite movies help me relax and feel happy.”

Speaking about her fitness and diet tips, Charlene said, “There are two tips that have really helped me. One is to drink plenty of water throughout the day – it keeps your energy up and aids digestion. And consistency is key – even on busy days, I make sure to fit in some kind of exercise, whether it’s a short Pilates session or a brisk walk.”
