Now in its 9th year as an independently owned business, The Produce Moms BB #:366223 is spearheading its mission to put more fruits and vegetables on every table. Committed to better educating consumers, The Produce Moms introduces Jaclyn London, MS, RD, CDN, to its growing community. Very few children in the United States meet the recommended intake of fruits and vegetables, indicating a large gap between current consumption patterns and dietary recommendations.

Jackie expressed her excitement to join the team:
“I’m thrilled to join Lori and her team in their mission to make eating produce easier, more delicious and more fun for families. I’ve been a longtime fan and friend of The Produce Moms, so I know the work the brand does is invaluable and I look forward to sharing my nutrition knowledge with everyone in the TPM community. The Produce Moms brand and platform is uniquely positioned to get more vegetables and fruits into the diets of more Americans.”
Jackie’s goal in partnering with The Produce Moms is to guide the industry and consumers to make nutritious produce a seamless, stress-free experience at every mealtime – making healthy choices truly enjoyable.
Jackie explains:
“Vegetables and fruits are the most important and fundamental components of any health-promoting diet around the world, but when it comes to shopping for, purchasing, preparing, cooking and eating produce, there are many barriers that prevent people from getting what they need.”

Lori, TPM’s founder, emphasizes the importance of strengthening the community aspect.
“Having Jackie join the team as Chief Nutrition Officer adds credibility to The Produce Moms.
With “Accuracy” as her motto, Jackie leverages her background and education to provide nutrition research, consulting and messaging to the TPM Brand Partner network. Under Jackie’s leadership, TPM will strengthen its nutrition content and audience reach while uncovering health and wellness trends in the food industry. According to the CDC, only 10% of Americans meet the recommended daily intake of vegetables and fruits. Helping kids choose produce more often starts with parents choosing produce more often.
Jackie explains:
“The more produce we incorporate into our daily meals, the more likely children are to understand how delicious and satisfying eating produce can be and the more likely they are to accept it. Furthermore, the more children feel involved in the process of selecting, preparing and eating produce-based meals, the more likely they are to continue eating these foods consistently.”
