Giving a glimpse into her workout routine, this picture was shared by renowned fitness instructor Namrata Purohit on her Instagram profile.
The video sees Karina performing Pilates exercises with ease, highlighting her focus and control, and the caption aptly states, “It’s not how much you do it, it’s how well you do it,” along with the hashtag #PilatesGirl.
This isn’t the first time Karina has been spotted incorporating Pilates into her fitness routine – in another previous video, she was seen working out some challenging moving carriage exercises that require core strength, glute power and balance.
Yoga offers a holistic approach to wellness, combining physical postures (asanas) with breathing techniques (pranayama) and meditation, while Pilates focuses on strengthening specific muscle groups, improving flexibility and enhancing core stability.
