For fitness enthusiasts…
The flagship event at WFS is the Glow Festival presented by Prudential, which will take place at the Marina Bay Sands Event Plaza from July 6 to 21. The festival’s studio space will offer breathtaking views of Marina Bay, as well as hosting more than 70 classes, workouts and workshops, from yoga and pilates to HIIT and spinning, organised by sports apparel brand Lululemon and fitness group Pure International.
Participants can look forward to guidance from renowned instructors such as New York-based celebrity trainer Akin Akman and Dr. Chelsea Jackson Roberts, a popular fitness coach and Peloton yoga instructor who specializes in slow-flow and restorative yoga.

This year’s Glow Festival will also debut Get Into Strides With Lululemon, a new running experience taking place at sunrise on weekend mornings throughout the event. Enjoy a beautiful outdoor run led by a Lululemon instructor who will guide participants through a specially designed warm-up and cool-down routine.

As well as teaching new moves, they will also showcase how each sport revolves around the principles of mobility. Programmes include a women-only introduction to surfing and a beginners’ surfing workshop that also includes stretching and cold water therapy for muscle recovery.

Sentosa Island offers fitness enthusiasts the chance to enjoy a sunset workout on the beach. Lively party spot Tipsy Unicorn Beach Club has partnered with various local gyms to host sessions at Siloso Beach on Saturdays from 22 June to 20 July. Classes will include boxing, HIIT and yoga, with the addition of fun interactive games. Participants will enjoy complimentary entry to the beach club and can also add on a protein shake or house drink as a post-workout treat.
For those who seek serenity…
Singapore may be known as a modern metropolis, but WFS wants to show you that it’s also a place where you can unwind and rejuvenate with some relaxing experiences to enhance your stay.
These include The Oracle by the Alpha Wave Experience, an immersive art installation being featured at Glow Festival, offering a unique therapeutic experience combining rotating lights, music and alpha wave frequencies to stimulate the senses and help visitors relax and focus.
