Want to start a healthy mindfulness habit the easy way? We’ll help you get from start to finish in 6 weeks. Join us every Thursday from 12:30 to 13:15 starting September 7th.
Research has shown that mindfulness and meditation have several benefits for your health and well-being: They can reduce stress and help you feel more present and relaxed in your daily life.
How groups work
Over the course of six weeks, we provide guidance and motivation to help you begin a regular mindfulness practice. Once a week, we meet during your lunch break to do mindfulness and meditation together.
You’ll start at a basic level with a 7-minute meditation and gradually increase the length of your meditation. Each session includes two guided exercises and shares meditation tips and insights.
I felt very welcome and loved the mindfulness exercises – it felt easy to join even for those with little experience.

Experience does not matter
No prior experience is necessary to join, just a little curiosity and some enthusiasm. We believe meditation is accessible to everyone, so keep it easy and fun and let’s explore together!
