Park Avenue doctor claims the most important anti-aging habit is free

A New York City-based cosmetic doctor shares his best tips for preventing the appearance of aging without spending a dime.

He also shared two free tips that promote anti-aging and require minimal effort.

Based in New York City with a new practice on Park Avenue, Dr. Alexander Golberg is board certified in Family Medicine, Osteopathic Medicine, Anti-Aging and Regenerative Medicine.

With over 25 years of experience, he observes interesting trend patterns based on events in his patients’ lives, and his amazing before and afters can be seen on his Instagram.

And since not everyone has the funds to visit a doctor with a posh Manhattan address, he revealed his most important anti-ageing habits to the equally free US Sun.

Dr. Golberg offered a free method for maintaining a youthful appearance that anyone can follow.

The number one natural anti-aging technique Dr. Gorgberg recommends is to stay hydrated.

“Drinking water keeps your skin looking youthful,” he said.

He also shared some sleep tips that double as beauty tips.

Dr. Golberg recommended getting seven to nine hours of sleep per night.

It also helps repair skin and maintain a youthful appearance.

His final budget-friendly tip can also help you relax and reduce overall stress.

Incorporate facial exercises into your daily health routine.

It tightens the facial muscles, reduces sagging skin, and keeps the face looking firm.

Facing reality

Dr Golberg acknowledged that while his free tips are helpful, they’re not the only thing people can do.

“Unfortunately, skin care products, sunscreen and water can only go so far,” he said.

He prefers using Exosomes, Skin Boosters and PDO threads on aging skin.

“These treatments help rejuvenate the skin, stimulate collagen production, and improve the overall texture and appearance of the skin,” he explained.
