Dutch model Sanne Groot has been sharing her at-home Pilates sessions with her social media followers. Dressed in blue shorts and a matching sports bra, the 29-year-old shared a clip of herself going through her morning routine before Pilates. “GRWM before my at-home Pilates session! @alowellness_ ☕️” she wrote. “Morning essentials: – Water to stay hydrated – Iced coffee with almond milk – Vitamin C glow shot @alowellness_ – Soul Sync Body Pilates workout at home,” she captioned the post.
Vloet starts her day with matcha tea: “I usually wake up around 6:30 or 7am,” she says. Dr. Barbara Sturm“I’m a morning person and I feel that I am most productive in the morning hours. Taking the first few hours for myself helps me stay calm throughout the day, especially when I have a busy schedule. I get out my foam roller and stretch for about 15 minutes. After that, I either do a Pilates workout or take a shower and then my morning skincare routine. My essentials are Dr. Barbara Sturm’s hyaluronic acid serum, a rich face cream for dry skin, and Sun Drops with SPF 50.”
Vloet does Pilates four times a week and “always leaves me feeling good and energized,” she says. Style Caster“So even if you’re tired or you exercise, I know I’m going to feel better after training. I always ask myself, ‘Have I ever regretted training?’ And when you think about it, no one regrets training. So I think, ‘OK, I’ll give it a go.'”

Vloet keeps protein bars on hand as a healthy snack: “I love snacking on RX protein bars,” she said. Style Caster“There are so many different flavours, it’s fun to vary things up. I snack on rice crackers with nuts or avocado, fruit like apples, and a bit of dark chocolate.”
Vloet loves having a hearty salad for lunch: “My go-to lunch is a hearty salad with grilled veggies, fresh herb dressing, avocado, chickpeas, eggs, quinoa, salmon, or chicken,” she said. Dr. Barbara Sturm“I also love having tacos for lunch. I often use leftovers from dinner to make tacos, but you can basically put anything in them! I don’t want to waste food. I love Gjusta and Gjelina in LA. The quality of the ingredients is incredible, everything is organic and mostly local. The food is always so fresh and delicious. I also love Goop Kitchen in Santa Monica!”
Vloet loves to cook at home. “Honestly, I get a lot of inspiration from traveling.” she said Dr. Barbara Sturm. “I would say my cooking style is a mix of Japanese, Mediterranean and Indian cuisine. An ideal fall or winter dinner would be miso-grilled salmon, steamed pumpkin, kale salad with jasmine rice, or a hearty vegan curry with chickpeas and sweet potato.”
