The pink, spiral-bound cookbook, inspired by Parton and put together by the team at Dollywood, is currently on sale on Amazon for $143.91. Yes, that’s right. But luckily, some people who already have a copy of this vintage classic have been whipping up recipes from it and posting them to social media. For example, Amanda Keller of the YouTube account Journey With The Kellers recently posted a recipe for a three-bean salad from the cookbook, and it looks delicious. In fact, it might just be the crowd-pleasing summer party side dish you’ve been looking for.

This salad is simple. Mix three types of beans (naturally) – kidney beans, pinto beans, and yellow wax beans – and add some spring onions and parsley. In a separate container, mix the Italian dressing, sugar, and garlic and pour it over the salad. Then refrigerate the whole salad overnight before it’s ready to eat.
