Olivia Fraser, star of Australia’s Married at First Sight, has shared a post celebrating life and addressing emotional mental health.
The star appeared on the reality TV show in 2022, and last week shared an Instagram video in which she touched on the tough times she’d been through.
Posting a montage of happy moments, Olivia wrote on the video: “Perspective: You survived and are living the best life you can.”

In the comments section, the star expressed her gratitude, writing, “I am so grateful to have had the opportunity to live this beautiful little life. I am so grateful for all the loved ones who make my life so beautiful.”
“To anyone suffering please remember it gets better, no matter how bad it seems there is another side to every situation. Trust me, I’ve been through the same thing. If you need any help please call @lifelineaustralia 13 11 14. xxx.”
Last year, Olivia moved to Scotland to be with the man she thought was her dreams, only to discover he was already in a relationship and she felt “duped”.

“I feel totally deceived and fooled,” she told The Wash Online. “We spoke almost every day, he told me he wanted me to meet his son when I got to Scotland and made me feel so welcome, but it was all a lie.”
Olivia revealed that she found out the truth from a stranger in the pub, adding: “I had no idea what to do or what I had done wrong but then this woman came up to me in the pub and asked me if I was still with him.”
“She said, ‘Stop it. He has a girlfriend. He’s had girlfriends. There’s someone better for you.’

Still, Olivia is proud of herself for being “vulnerable and open to finding love again,” adding, “I know that the next time I meet someone, I won’t have to be blinded by how much I want it to work out.”
The star then revealed how the situation led to her scoring coveted tickets to Taylor Swift’s Erasu Tour.
