Don’t spend time protecting your face at the expense of other parts of your body.
“Besides the hands, other areas that are often overlooked for showing signs of ageing include the neck, décolleté, earlobes, hair, skin around the eyes, elbows and knees,” she says.
According to experts, the “most important” tip for preventing skin aging is to wear sunscreen every day to prevent premature aging in these areas.

She also recommended avoiding heavy earrings, using protective coatings on nails, and incorporating scalp and hair treatments to maintain health and appearance.
