Agartala (Tripura) [India]Tripura Chief Minister Manik Saha, May 27 (ANI): On Monday, he inspected the State Ayurvedic Hospital and highlighted his government’s efforts towards strengthening healthcare infrastructure and promoting traditional medicine.
During his visit, Prime Minister Saha inspected different departments of the hospital, interacted with medical staff and interacted with patients to understand their experiences and concerns.
He stressed the importance of Ayurvedic treatment in the healthcare system and assured that the state government would take necessary steps to address the deficiencies in facilities at the hospital.
The Prime Minister was accompanied by senior officials of the Ministry of Health, including the Director General of Health Services and Minister of State for Health Kiran Gitte.
They discussed plans to upgrade the hospital’s infrastructure, including introducing advanced diagnostic equipment and expanding patient wards.
