Melon Slush:
material:
2 medium melons, peeled, cut into large cubes, and refrigerated
1/2 cup orange squash
Ice (if needed)
Method:
Cut the melon into small pieces and place in a blender and blend. Next, add the orange squash and blend with the melon juice. Add ice to the blender and blend everything together. Serve chilled in a juice glass.

Jamun Syrup:
material:
1 1/2 cups Java plum (jamun), seeds removed
2 cups water
1/2 cup sugar
1 lemon (cut in half)
A pinch of salt
Method:
Heat a pan and add the jamun. Add water and allow to shimmer. Lightly mash the jamun in the pan. Add sugar and keep shimmering. Switch off the flame and add the juice of half a lemon and stir constantly. Set the mixture aside to cool. Now put the mixture in a blender and blend until it has a fine consistency. Strain the mixture through a fine strainer and store in an airtight container. To make the jamun frothy, take 2 tablespoons of jamun syrup in a glass, add black salt and top with chilled soda. Garnish with mint leaves and serve chilled.
