PB&J Progurt Recipe
Fitness coach Paige Johnston recently shared her favorite high-protein breakfast recipes on TikTok. “Since we’re in a calorie deficit right now, this is one of my go-to high-protein breakfasts,” she explains. Her PB&J Progurt recipe only has five ingredients and is simple yet satisfying. “This recipe is insanely easy and literally only requires five ingredients. It’s 400 calories and 35 grams of protein,” Johnston says.
To make PB&J Progurt you will need:
- 150g plant-based yogurt, 25g BEAM brand vegan protein (brown sugar oatmeal flavor), 10g collagen, 55g cherry pie filling
