2 tablespoons Sriracha sauce
2 tablespoons fresh lime juice (from 1 lime)
1 tablespoon honey
1 teaspoon grated ginger

12 giant shrimp with shells and tails
12 pearl jalapeño stuffed queen olives (or your favorite olives)
12 cocktail skewers (soaked in water for at least 10 minutes)

1. Combine Sriracha sauce, lime juice, honey, ginger, and red pepper flakes. Marinate shrimp in marinade and refrigerate for at least 1 hour or overnight.
2. Thread 1 shrimp and 1 olive onto a small cocktail skewer.
3. Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. Grill the shrimp skewers for 2 to 3 minutes per side until cooked through. Serve immediately.
