During her latest Pilates session, Sara Ali Khan showed off some deceptively simple yet challenging moves that require a lot of strength and balance. Recently, Sara’s fitness trainer, Namrata Purohit, shared pictures of Sara’s workout, which emphasised the importance of balance and stretching. In the picture, Sara, dressed in a white bralette and green shorts, is using a Cadillac machine. With her feet hooked onto two swings and her hands holding onto two bars, she is demonstrating exercises designed to improve flexibility, posture and spinal health.
