Sara Ali Khan knows that dedication and consistency are fundamental to a healthy lifestyle. While her rigorous training sessions often incorporate a variety of exercises, the actress swears by Pilates. Sara has taken up Pilates again and we are taking notes. Sara’s fitness trainer Namrata Purohit shared stills from her latest routine, which revolves around balance and stretching. Clad in a white bralette and green shorts, Sara is seen hanging from a Cadillac machine. With her feet hooked onto two trapeze bars, Sara holds on to two bars with both hands, which is an effective move in enhancing flexibility and posture. Apart from maintaining balance and coordination, this exercise also works on the spine.

Earlier, Sara Ali Khan was spotted working on her core and inner thighs with a sweat-drenched Pilates reformer session. Celebrity fitness trainer Namrata Purohit shared a video of the actress perfecting her moves on the reformer machine. In the video, the actress can be seen sliding her feet and pushing the ball away from her body. Praising Sara’s efforts in a text, Namrata wrote, “Challenging your core, inner thighs, hamstrings, glutes, quads and more! Fitness circles with balls really up the challenge! The slow, controlled moments are the hardest! Well done Sara,” concluding with a fire emoji.
In another video shared by Namrata Purohit, Sara Ali Khan incorporates the reformer machine into her fitness regime. With her knees firmly planted on the machine, she is seen working her arms and shoulders. In the video, she moves both hands up and down while pulling on a rope with one hand. Sara completes five repetitions with ease, just like a pro. As part of her fitness regime, Sara also incorporates bicep curls with dumbbells. Sharing the video, Namrata commented, “Amazing! Proud of you.”
