A TikTok user showed off his amazing results after starting a new exercise routine for just six months.
In a clip captioned “A love letter to Pilates,” user AnnikaEmmyy proudly shares a before and after montage, which has now been viewed more than 21 million times.
The 10-second video begins with Annika posing for the camera and rotating 180 degrees to reveal her curves in a black crop top and tight denim jeans.
Soon she was pictured standing in the same clothes, and six months later her figure was almost unrecognizable, although she was much smaller in size.
After being flooded with questions about how she achieved her success, Aneka added that she “does Pilates three to four times a week” and has also tried intermittent fasting.
She explained: “Pilates is strength training! It’s not as intense as weightlifting, but it’s great for toning your muscles. I go to reformer classes, so I don’t do the same routine every time. , I really recommend ‘Working out with Nicole.'” On YouTube, she has some great Pilates videos.
Talking about the cost of working out, she continued: “We have a package for 16 classes a month for around £300! It really depends on what kind of Pilates you do.”
This was echoed by thousands of other users on the social media platform, who were surprised by Aneka’s relatively quick transformation.

A third declared: “You’re amazing. You need this.” And a fourth woman was so impressed that she even asked if Aneka’s body changes were part of an “AI ad”.
