Kanika Kalra appointed as Regional Marketing Director, Health and Nutrition, Reckitt – South Asia
Previously, Kanika has worked with GSK Consumer as well as Snapdeal, Unilever in the personal care space, and Pepsico.
Reckitt, the world’s leading consumer health and hygiene company, announced the appointment of Kanika Kalra as Marketing Director, Health and Nutrition for Reckitt’s South Asia region. In this role, Mr. Kanika will lead the marketing strategy for Reckitt’s portfolio of health and nutrition brands in India and other South Asian markets.
Kanika brings more than 20 years of experience driving consumer, consumer technology, and marketing practices across a myriad of sectors, including personal care, beauty, food and beverage, fashion, e-commerce, and more.
Prior to joining Reckitt India, Kanika was a partner at McKinsey & Company, where she worked extensively in the firm’s consumer, consumer technology, and marketing practices. Mr. Kanika was also the managing partner of McKinsey’s Mumbai office from 2020 to 2023, where he spearheaded the construction of the firm’s new Mumbai office. Mr. Kanika led McKinsey India’s diversity and inclusion efforts.

Kanika holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics from Lady Shri Ram College of Commerce, New Delhi and a PGDM in Marketing from Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow.
