As midterm test season approaches, college campuses are getting through the midterm chaos with enthusiasm for exams, papers, and projects. It’s a time when stress levels skyrocket, sleep becomes a luxury, and health often takes a backseat to schoolwork.

But amidst all the chaos, prioritizing your health is critical to your physical and mental well-being. Here are some top tips to help you navigate the midterm whirlwind with grace and resilience.

Prioritize sleep to get through mid-term craziness

It may seem counterintuitive, but cramming for an exam at the expense of sleep is a recipe for disaster. Adequate sleep is essential for cognitive function, memory consolidation, and overall health. Aim for 7-9 hours of quality sleep each night to recharge your body and mind.
