1-2 beefsteak tomatoes (thinly sliced)

- step 1Preheat oven to 400°. Place the bacon slices in an even layer on a wire rack set over a baking sheet. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes, turning halfway through, until lightly crispy. Let cool and then chop into pieces.
- step 2In a small bowl, combine sriracha and 4 tablespoons mayonnaise.
- step 3Place sweet potato fries on a baking sheet with olive oil and chili powder. Bake according to package directions.
- step FourCombine ground turkey, chopped bacon, chives, remaining 1 tablespoon mayonnaise, and a pinch of salt and pepper in a large bowl. Form into 4 patties, about 3/4 inch thick.
- step FiveHeat a large nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add the buns cut side down and toast for 2-3 minutes until lightly golden brown. Carefully wipe the pan clean and add the patties to the dry pan. Bake for 5 minutes until the bottom is brown, then flip, loosely cover, and bake for another 4 to 5 minutes, until the center is no longer pink.
- step 6To assemble the burgers, place one piece of lettuce on each bottom bun. Add the turkey burger, tomatoes, avocado, and a spoonful of Sriracha mayonnaise. Add the top bun and serve with fries.
