This is not the first time Namrata Purohit has given us a glimpse of Janhvi Kapoor’s Pilates routine. Back in March, Namrata shared a photo of Janhvi on her Instagram stories. In the image, Janhvi appeared to be doing an advanced leg press using the straps of a reformer box. This intense movement helps develop and tone the gluteal and hamstring muscles.
