material:
- Whiskey – 45ml
- Aperol – 10ml
- Apple shochu 30ml
- Lemon juice – 4-5 drops
- Rose Cordial – 45ml
Method – (upset)
- Get some tall fancy glasses and keep them cool
- Decorate the glass with dried rose petals
- Use a cocktail mixer and add all ingredients together
- Add ice and stir well (stir lightly 6-7 times)
- Pour into a glass over block clear ice (recommended)

2. Dirty Gigi (By Harish Chimmwal Head Mixologist – Olive Group (The Grammar room))
Method:
Add vodka, vermouth, gooseberry brine and pickled gooseberries to the container and mix well. Add local color and pour into a glass with ice.
3. Espresso Cold Brew Negroni (Written by Ronit Saha, Third Wave Coffee NPD Executive)
material:
- Espresso 30ml shot
- Gin 30ml shot
- Sweet vermouth 30ml shot
- campari 30ml shot
- orange peel for decoration
Method:
Combine espresso, gin, sweet vermouth, and Campari in a mixing glass filled with ice, stir until cool, pour into a rocks glass over ice, and garnish with orange zest.
Four. espresso martini (by Siddhant Phule, Himale Spirits Brand Ambassador)
material:
- Cold brew coffee liqueur 15ml
- Vodka 45ml
- 1 shot of espresso
- Sugar syrup 7.5ml
- 3-4 fresh coffee beans for garnish
glass: Martini glass
Method:
- Add all ingredients to a shaker filled with ice and mix well.
- Strain this mixture twice in a martini glass and garnish with fresh coffee beans.

material:
- Gin 45ml
- Martini Rosso 15ml
- 10ml lime juice
- sugar syrup 10ml
- Kairi Panna 20ml
- Butterfly pea flower syrup 20ml

- 100g ice
- dried orange slices
- strawberry poppers
