Are you suffering from lack of energy? Dullness? Is it a general feeling that something is wrong? You’re not alone. Like many young women, Sam Cutler I have struggled with these issues before. That struggle of hers set her off on a journey of self-discovery that ultimately led to the development of her MINDFULL™, her health coaching and meal planning app, which she has grown over the past seven months alone. has helped over 2,500 women.
As a young man, Sam suffered from chronic health problems including adult acne, inflammation, and lethargy. Like most of her other women who face such problems, she thought dieting might solve the problem. That sounds like rational reasoning, but due to lack of education, this is a common thought process. But this faulty reasoning leads to a cycle of yo-yo dieting that doesn’t make you feel better. It was no different for Sam.
Sam started documenting her journey on her now popular wellness page, The Fit Fatale, which has since grown to a community of over 350,000 women worldwide. She also decided to take a step back and look at her big picture and directly address her own health issues rather than trying to treat her symptoms through unproductive dieting. “I decided to become a certified health coach not initially to coach, but just to gain a deeper understanding of what was really going on within me,” she says. Masu.
But the biggest step in her journey didn’t come until she suffered a concussion and was bedridden for three months. Keen to take the necessary steps to prevent long-term brain damage and other chronic health problems, Sam Cutler has taken a more holistic approach. She looked at the connection between her brain and gut health while consuming more foods that promote healing. The results were far better than she had originally expected. Her change in focus helped more than just the concussion.
“When you go through the process of looking at who you are, actually As I ate them, I realized that many of them contained ingredients that I couldn’t pronounce, and were often packaged or included in modified forms. “I slowly transitioned her to 80% natural foods,” she says. “And once I started doing that, I saw things open up in ways I had never experienced before. My brain fog decreased, my clarity increased, my energy increased, my skin healed, and all of this… Everything has progressed.” This was the missing key, the piece of the puzzle that prevents so many people from really seeing long-term health outcomes.
As he continued to heal, Sam delved deeper into lifestyle medicine, combining his previously established psychology degree with his health coaching experience, including at the National Gut Health Conference, and developing a nutritional meal planning program offered by Harvard Medical School. Has completed. Applying what he learned to his life, Sam gradually felt better than he had in years. It was a long and tough battle, but eventually by combining her personal experience with her health education she started receiving thousands of requests from women all over the world. She provides individual coaching and creates customized meal plans. It was then that she created Mindful.
MINDFULL offers video-based weekly meal plans (complete with grocery lists), coaching and recipe library, monthly video Q&A with Sam, and access to a 24/7 community of women striving to improve their lives. We provide.
One of MINDFULL’s core focuses is what Sam calls “food freedom,” an approach that doesn’t require precise measurements or calorie counting. She encourages her clients to continually learn about their bodies and discover what foods work best for them.
“If you eat something that doesn’t make you feel good, you can see it as learning something about yourself instead of locking yourself in a place of guilt or fear,” she says.
Sam struggled for years until he was finally able to crack the code and completely change his mindset and break away from habits such as unhealthy dieting in order to meet societal norms.that’s why mindful This is more than just a nutrition app. A whole-body healing experience designed to share Sam’s years of hard-learned wisdom. Through MINDFULL, she hopes to help other young women break free from traditional diet culture and discover a way of living that helps them look and feel their best.
