The importance of Israel is much greater than what we see on the surface. Most people around the world think of Israel as a small country in the Middle East, but God sees much more than that. He believes people deserve contracts that have a lasting impact for generations.
“We are called not only to love the Holy Land and the Land of Israel, but to love the people of Israel,” Franklin said in a recent message. “The uniqueness of Israel, what makes Israel different from any other nation…God set out to rescue Israel from other nations.”

Franklin asserts how God made a covenant with the people of Israel, welcomed them into God’s family, placed God’s glory on them, and gave them good and faithful promises. do.

“Through the nation of Israel came the Savior of the world. You cannot say the same about other nations. “There is no other race to whom the Savior will come,” Franklin says.
He points out that it is this people, God’s chosen people, who will get the first glimpse of what adoption into God’s family is like.

“They were adopted by God. God gave them glory. They have a covenant that God has made. So do you and I,” Franklin says.
God’s covenant is first and forever with the people of Israel. However, we who have received the blood of Jesus Christ are also accepted as members of God’s family. This means that God’s covenant promise to never leave us or forsake us is valid and that God’s eternal treasure is ours.
“There is a spiritual Israel, and that is the church, the body of Christ,” Franklin says. “God has made a greater promise and covenant for you and me through Jesus Christ.”
When we see Israel in turmoil with war and persecution, we must remember to pray and stand with these people with whom God has made a covenant. As believers in Christ, we must also cling to this ultimate hope He has given us: to inherit the Kingdom of God.
