The program was held at the Gateway Gallery, 5th floor of Gateway Tower, General Aguinaldo Avenue, Araneta, Cubao, Quezon City, where experienced meditation teacher Usha Naik taught participants how to reduce stress and improve their mental health. Teach techniques to promote peace.
BK Usha is a senior Raja Yoga teacher, management trainer, spiritual counselor, and author who has traveled the world helping people overcome stress, anxiety, addiction, and low self-esteem. She has received international awards such as Hall of Fame by the Public Relations Council of India.
She has researched the Indian epics Ramayana and Bhagwad Gita, which is part of the Mahabharata.
