
Mumbai, May 8 (SocialNews.XYZ) Shubhangi Atre has revealed that she never compromises on her daily workout routine and enjoys hour-long yoga sessions along with Pilates.
Talking about her summer training regime, Shubhangi, who plays Angoori Bhabhi in the sitcom ‘Bhabhiji Ghar Par Hai’, said: “I never compromise on my daily workout routine. Even during the early stages of filming, I prioritize an hour-long yoga session.” I’m good at traditional yoga, but I’m flexible. To maintain that, I do Pilates every week and occasionally do Zumba. ”
To beat the heat, she also added swimming to her fitness routine.
Speaking about her eating habits, the actress said: “I prefer an active lifestyle to a strict diet plan. That’s what keeps me energized. I prefer to eat light, especially during the summer, and drink lots of healthy homemade juices. I’m staying hydrated.”
